Wild Stepping Stones – Smaller Scale Rewilding
7:30pm Thursay 23rd September

Alasdair Cameron bought a few small fields on the Somerset Levels with the intention of rewilding them, and has since founded Somerset Wildlands – a trust which aims to purchase more land for rewilding in the area. From his own experience, Alasdair will be giving us some insights into the value of rewilding on a smaller scale.

Join us for our first ever event from Rewilding Britain’s network lead and Somerset’s very own Sara King. Sara will be talking to us about how the national network is upscaling rewilding in the UK and what this might look like here in Somerset. It’s free!

Somerset Wildlife Trust are launching their new 10 year plan for a wilder Somerset with a live event on Zoom featuring a range of speakers, including Rewilding Britain’s Alasdair Driver.

The Reintroduction and Rewilding Summit 10am Saturday 10th April

Birds of Poole Harbour and the Self-Isolating Bird Club have joined forces to put together this exciting event coming up on Saturday 10th April. With a packed schedule of talks from famous faces and experts in the field, there’s a lot to look forward to.
